Questions organisers ask
- Does the fee apply to discounted tickets?
- The fee is worked out on the discounted price. A code that takes a ticket to £0 makes it free, with no fee.
- Can I run a student discount?
- Yes. Make a code and restrict it to your university's email domain, so only people with that address can use it.
- Do comp tickets cost anything?
- No. Free tickets, comps and guest list places have no fee on any plan.
- What happens to tickets already sold if I change a price?
- They keep the price they were bought at. Changes only affect tickets sold from then on.
